  • Overview

    Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Configuration Manager. This position will provide Configuration Management support to the Legacy Financial Branch, which is within the Business and Enterprise Systems Directorate (AFLCMC/HI) located at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.





    • Bachelors Degree in a related discipline and a minimum of 3 years work experience, with experience on DoD or Air Force acquisition programs desirable.
    • Knowledgeable of the PWS, CDRLS, and DIDs on contract.
    • Candidate must obtain, and maintain, the proper personnel clearance for this position.



    • The ideal candidate will update, follow, and enforce the HIBQ Configuration Management Plan (CMP) that describes how configuration management is practiced for the Legacy Financial Branch,
    • Coordinate Acquisition Oversight Board (AOB) and Configuration Control Board (CCB) activities defined in the CMP, and serve as Secretariat for the HIBQ CCB.
    • Prepare, coordinate, present, and file Configuration Control Board Directives (CCBDs) and other management and control documentation and understand all CM baselines (functional, allocated and product) to ensure the integrity of the application programs and associated documentation throughout the development life cycle.
    • Track CDRLs deliverables, dispositions, and submittal timelines.
    • Aid in PWS/CDRL development for future contracts and filling out the 1423s.
    • Perform configuration audits (functional [FCA] and physical [PCA]) with assistance of HIBQ system engineers,

    • Produce reports and metrics from the historical record of HIBQ CM activities, and

    • Provide and propose improvements to CM practices, metrics collection, briefing inputs, and other artifacts containing CM related information.
