Management Specialist Subject Matter Expert (SME) - EAID Development
The contractor shall have comprehensive knowledge of Department of Defense civilianpersonnel principles, policies, practices and procedures. Contractor shall provide advisory support to the government in the areas of performance management, acquisition certification, monetary and honorary awards management and act as advisor and liaison between the Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC) and employees on various civilian matters. Contractor shall assist with civilian appraisal cycle tracking and analysis, beginning with work plan development through the end of cycle close-out evaluations. Contractor shall monitor acquisition certification status and continuous learning point status for all personnel assigned to acquisition positions and provide periodic status reports and corrective action plans on all deficient personnel. Contractor shall advise and assist with the management of the awards and decorations program to include announcing award data calls, proof-reading nomination packages and processing them through the coordination chain. Contractor shall conduct research and provide source data and information to employees to assist them with decision making while negotiating Federal Career management waters.

Required minimum education and experience:
Advanced Degree (post Bachelor's) and 10 years of related experience of which 3 years are in DoD or a Bachelor's Degree and 15 years ofrelated experience of which 5 years are in DoD. All secondary degrees should be completed in an appropriate field of study matching the position duties and responsibilities.
