    OASIS Systems, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Specialist Engineer Support for EAID. The Technical Specialist Engineer Support for EAID will advise initiatives in the EAID Development Planning Branch as a Software Engineer Specialist to inform the Chief Engineer and Deputy Engineer directly regarding all engineering issues/efforts for pre-acquisition initiatives currently being worked. Will interact with internal and external stakeholders, along with Program Managers and Functional customers.


    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills) This candidate must have experience with the following:


    EXPERIENCE LEVEL: Entry Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of related experience or Advanced Degree and 8 years of related experience.

    EDUCATION: Bachelor’s/Advanced Degree





    • Must be proficient in Software Engineering (including, but not limited to: Six Sigma, IIBA, CMMI).
    • Must be proficient in Software Architecture (including, but not limited to: SEI, System Architect).
    • Must be proficient in Software Requirements (including, but not limited to: IEEE).


    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Functionally, the successful candidate will:


    • Performing a variety mechanical trade functions such as installation and preventative maintenance, or repair of equipment including boats, forklifts, generators, and other equipment. Knowledge of blueprints, drawings, layouts, or other specifications is helpful.
    • Analyzes pre-acquisition artifacts as they pertain to Software Engineering within the requirements methodology.
    • Advises and actively participates with requirements, architecture, modeling, and other software engineering activities as it pertains to support all Development Planning Branch pre-acquisition initiatives.
    • Identifies initiatives issues and develops recommendations to support the Development Planning Branch mission statement.
