The Business Consultant shall provide analytic advice on how best to coordinate the application of industry and Government business analysis best practices for the identification, planning, development, implementation, and facilitation of process improvement initiatives to enhance business management integration efforts across organizational strategic-level management and decision-making processes.
The Business Consultant shall have twelve (12) or more years documented experience in leveraging industry and Government best practices business analysis applications for process improvements across organizations business units to include eight (8) years of demonstrated experience in process definition, deployment, and improvement; Federal Government Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE); program analysis and evaluation; organizational management; and strategic and business planning.
A Graduate or higher degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Program Management, Finance, or Accounting will be accepted in lieu of six (6) years of overall experience. A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Program Management, Finance, or Accounting will be accepted in lieu of four (4) years of overall experience.
