Successful candidate will provide EPASS Advisory and Assistance Services to the Battle Management Directorate (AFLCMC/HB) at the AF Life-Cycle Management Center (previously the Electronic Systems Center). The projects we are supporting are: HBD - 3DELRR, HBIS-RSAF AWACS RAMP. This position will have to interface with a team of military, Government civilian, contractor project managers and FFRDC/A&AS support personnel in the day-to-day activities associated with management of HB’s projects, programs and initiatives.
Minimum Recommended Education and Experience:
Ranges from, Level II: BA/BS, 10 years of experience (3 yrs DoD); or 15 years of directly relatable experience (5 DoD); to Level III: Advanced Degree (MA/MS) and 12 years of experience (5 years DoD), or BA/BS degree, and 15 years of experience (5 years DoD), or 20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications (8 DoD).
Note: Oasis has some flexibility to swap experience for degree requirements and vice-versa.
IT Certifications are a plus.

Travel: Occasional CONUS/OCONUS travel may be required.
SECURITY CLEARANCE/LEVEL REQUIRED:
Secret clearance (depending on location); or as a minimum, the ability to obtain a clearance
Air Command and Control (C2) Senior Advisor in the Operations, Command and Control Division. The successful candidate will possess an in-depth knowledge and skill from extensive hands on experience within the Military Air C2 domain. Individual must be adept at strategic system planning, defining system requirements and analyzing operational threads within/between Air C2 applications.
Required minimum education and experience: Advanced Degree (post Bachelor's) and ten years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, four of which must be in the Department of Defense (DoD) as a C2 Weapon System operator, engineer, support, or commander OR a Bachelor's Degree and 16 years of related experience, six of which must be in the Department of Defense (DoD) as a C2 Weapon System operator, engineer, support, or commander.
