Successful candidate will provide EPASS Advisory and Assistance Services to the Battle Management Directorate (AFLCMC/HB) at the AF Life-Cycle Management Center (previously the Electronic Systems Center). The projects we are supporting are: HBAW-Branch, HBBA-AOC, HBBC-C2AOS-C2IS, HBBC-GCCS-AF, HBBC-TBMCS, HBD - 3DELRR, HBD - TACP-M, HBIN-French MLU, HBJ-JSTARS RECAP, HBW-SAOC. This position will have to interface with a team of military, Government civilian, contractor project managers and FFRDC/A&AS support personnel in the day-to-day activities associated with management of HB’s projects, programs and initiatives.
Ranges from, Level I: BA/BS, 4 years of experience; or 8 years of directly relatable experience; to Level III: Advanced Degree (MA/MS) and 12 years of experience (5 years DoD), or BA/BS degree, and 15 years of experience (5 years DoD), or 20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications (8 DoD).
Note: Oasis has some flexibility to swap experience for degree requirements and vice-versa.
IT Certifications are a plus.

The successful candidate will provide test planning and Validation and Verification (V&V) support services for HB Directorate activities in compliance with DoD, AF, HB, and AFLCMC test plans, instructions, policies, and procedures. Activities will vary depending upon the current activities of the program/system, scope of the current development/sustainment cycle, and other corporate and program initiatives. The successful candidate will provide test report support services by way of the documentation of test events and shall conduct technical reviews of engineering documentation (CDRL A005, A007, A008, A009). Support requirements include but are not limited to:
