    This position will provide engineering support to the Commander's Resource Integration System (CRIS) program at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH.


    Candidate would provide program/system life-cycle system engineering services in support of the Lead Engineer, Chief Engineer, and Program Manager.


    Support activities encompass the broad range of task order Performance Work Statement (PWS) activities and will vary depending upon the current activities of the program/system, scope of the current development/sustainment cycle, and other corporate and program initiatives. Coordinate activities with Program Management Office (PMO), Lead Development Test Organization (LDTO), functional customers, and development/sustainment contractors. With Lead/Chief Engineer oversight, assists the PMO with tailoring, implementing, and executing Business and Enterprise Systems (BES) System Engineering Processes. Leads, participates in, and/or monitors problem investigations. Assist the PMO with coordinating activities with other contractors and programs as required. 





    • Bachelor’s Degree in a related Engineering discipline and 5+ years of experience.
    • Have general knowledge of principles and practices of Systems Engineering.
    • Familiarity with Hardware/Software environments including Windows Server, HP-UX, and Oracle Databases.

    • Familiarity with the DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) and Risk Management Framework (RMF) process.

    • Familiarity with DoDAF and Information Support Plan (ISP) process
    • Have the ability to communicate both orally and in writing with clarity and accuracy

    • Candidate must be able to obtain, and maintain the proper personnel clearance for this position





    • Review and maintain artifacts required for engineering review prior to software implementation
    • Maintain the BES Operational Database (BOB-DB)
    • Update, track, and maintain hardware and software spreadsheets required for Risk Management Framework (RMF) Certification & Accreditation (C&A)
    • Update and maintain Ports and Protocols Sheet (PPS) and System Topologies (architectural and informational) required for RMF C&A
    • Update and maintain System Architectural Design artifacts
    • Review and provide comments/updates to Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) interim artifacts
    • Perform Management Internal Control Toolset (MICT) Self-Assessments
    • Ensure program is compliant with the BES Process Directory (BPD)
    • Provide support in analyzing technical problems at the project level and recommending solutions
    • Perform analyses and evaluations of specified technical problems
    • Review and provide comment to requirements, architecture, data interfaces, design, and test documentation for all changes being requested to established system baselines.
    • Work with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) to resolve root cause when production loses occur
    • Support load balancing, Continuity of Operation (COOP), cache calculations, and interfaces to ensure the network is optimal
    • Analyze technical documentation and make assessments of product and database development progress in achieving implementation milestones
    • Assist with management of interfaces with interfacing partner systems using Corporate Data Repository System (CDRS) and/or internal Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs).
