Overview

Provide System Analyst support to the Aviation Resource Management Systems (ARMS) program office, which is within the Business Enterprise Systems Directorate (AFLCMC/HI) at Maxwell-Gunter AFB, AL.

 

ARMS provides aviation resource management information to effectively support implementation of Air Force aviation management policies for flight, parachutist, and missileer programs.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of Experience on DoD or Air Force acquisition programs desired.
  • A working knowledge of Oracle 12 database, WebLogic, and general Web Services is highly desired.
  • Candidate must have an active US security clearance.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Primarily support development and test systems, and environments for the USAF Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS) Program Management Office (PMO), but may also be called on to support production operations. 
  • Secondarily support system analyst functions, performing work that involves applying analytical processes to the planning, design, and implementation of new and improved information systems to meet the business requirements of customer organizations, and reviewing requirements for interfaces (web services) and architectures. 
  • Ensure that the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) is capable of tracing the requirements from inception through test into fielded capability.
  • Understand the ARMS interfaces to include data being shared, partners, and Interface Requirement Agreement (IRA) development.
  • Advise the ARMS PMO on all technical aspects of any system related development and sustainment activities throughout the life cycle and includes the ability to review associated technical documantation.
