Overview

MAR Division of Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a UX Developer/Designer to support the Farm Credit Administration. The UX Developer/Designer will transform business/technical requirements and goals into appealing, engaging, and user-centered web and mobile interfaces. Optimizing the design and usability of custom applications.

 

Task Order Objectives
The purpose of this task order is to support the Systems Team (ST) throughout the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

 

LOCATION: McLean, VA

EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 5 years of professional experience as a web designer. Strong understanding of user interface design patterns and user-centered design methodologies. Strong working knowledge of design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks) as well as HTML5 and CSS3.

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must have an active Public Trust Security Clearance.

JOB STATUS: Full-Time This position is contingent upon program award.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: Functionally, the candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Transform business/technical requirements and goals into appealing, engaging, and user-centered web and mobile interfaces.
  • Optimizing the design and usability of custom applications.

QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a web designer
  • Strong understanding of user interface design patterns and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Strong working knowledge of design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks) as well as HTML5 and CSS3.
